Specialized Behavior Classes
Reactivity Level 1 $230 + current vaccines
This 6 week class will help you learn how to manage your reactive dog (reactive to dogs or people) so you can take him into public, on walks, and avoid the embarrassment of being shunned by society. With reactive dogs, you don't "cure" them, but you can manage them. Come and learn the skills to get you and your dog out and about!
NOTE: The 1st class is 2 hours long without dogs (human training) and the remaining 5 classes are one hour long with dogs.
Reactivity Level 2 $230 + current vaccines
This 6 week class will help further your skills in working with your reactive dog including lots of walking work. (Prerequisite: Reactivity Level 1) *MUCH WORK WILL BE DONE OUTSIDE regardless of the weather and is held off site in Hubbard.
NOTE: The 1st class is 2 hours long without dogs (human training) and the remaining 5 classes are one hour long with dogs.
Reactivify Level 3 - Agility $230 + current vaccines
This 6 week course will put your new skills to work as we build confidence amongst other dogs doing agility. This is an excellent way to desensitize dogs to work amongst other dogs without feeling threatened. Reactivity Levels 1 & 2 are a pre-requisite for this course. This class is held off-site, outdoors at Katie's house in Hubbard. Dogs only have to take Reactivity Level 1 to participate in this class. CLASS MAY BE PUSHED OUT DUE TO WEATHER.

Reactivity level 4 - Nose Work $230 + current vaccines
This is a 6 week course that will work on your dog's natural ability to use their strongest skill - scent! This is a class that you and your dog will have a great time working together! This is tailored to Reactive Dogs. This class will be held outdoors, off site at Katie's house in Hubbard.
NOTE: The 1st class is 2 hours long without dogs (human training) and the remaining 5 classes are one hour long with dogs.
Building The Bond $140 + current vaccines
This class is a 6 week combination of "Just Do It", Mimic Me, Agility, Treibball and Obedience.
This is a form of Mimic Me, and it's an amazing thing to teach your dog and for your dog to learn. This is a form of social learning than can be used to get your dog to watch you, for example, touching the wall then they will touch the wall. You go and sit down then they will sit down. It is amazing to see! It is not something you put on command; it is simply something that they watch and learn.
Resource Guarding $175 + current vaccines
In this class, Katie works one-on-one with clients virtually to help with guarding issues, impulse issues and counter conditions, and desensitization.
Fear & Anxiety Level 1 - Helping Your Fearful Dog $195 + current vaccines
This 6-week class will focus on understanding and working on all types of fears and how to make these dogs more comfortable and successful in the world. In this class, we will work on each dog's individual fears whether it is people, dogs, noises, or objects and each dog will learn skill sets to help them navigate and cope with those fears. Humans will learn how to help their dogs become more confident. Only 4 dogs are allowed per class. We will work on confidence-building exercises, controlled greetings and more.

Fear & Anxiety Level 2 - Confidence, Tricks and Games $195 current vaccines
This 6 week class is open to any dog that has completed the Fear and Anxiety 1 and wants to continue improving their dog's confidence levels and coping skills. This class is all about fun and building confidence with our dogs. If your dog is fearful or nervous with noises, new objects, movements or is just a bit uneasy in new environments, this class is for you! We will play games, do scent work, and teach them tricks that will help them increase their confidence. Class is limited to just 6 students.

Fear & Anxiety Level 3 - Sporty Dog $195 + current vaccines
This 6 week class is open to any dog that has completed the Fear and Anxiety 1 and wants to continue improving their dog's confidence levels and coping skills. This class incorporates some of the components of dog sports like agility and treibball to help them build their confidence to textures, sounds, and different objects in their environment. Class is limited to 6 students.

Grooming & Handling Sensitivity $100 + current vaccines
Does your dog dislike having their paws touched? Maybe they resist or get snarky when you, the groomer or veterinarian is trying to cut their nails? Do they shy away from being brushed? Or having their ears cleaned or mouth area touched? Maybe its just overall handling and restraint? All of these scenarios (as well as many more) are handling sensitivities. Some dogs show signs at an early age and others develop these later in life, sometimes by just one scary experience. But there is hope. Dogs can be desensitized and visits to the vet and groomers can be far less stressful for you and your dog. We're so excited to offer this 4 week class. With a unique approach, we work to have the dogs build up a level of comfort to allow handling by letting them choose to participate in the training. Yes, we let them make the choice and what we have found is that it works! Letting dogs decide when to proceed allows for a much less stressful experience with handling and gets far better results than forcing the process. Let us teach you the skill sets and with a commitment on the owners part, handling issues can be helped. Don't let your dog continue to be stressed out with grooming or handling tasks.
